How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary dependent on which or how many items are purchased. To find out how much delivery costs would be, simply add the products you are interested in to your cart. At the bottom of the cart you will see your subtotal for the items and below that a field labelled 'Shipping'. Click 'add info', enter your delivery details and click 'estimate shipping' to see the total cost. This step is prior to checkout.
In rare circumstances, delivery charges can exceed the amount displayed in the freight calculator. This normally applies to oversized items where the carton size exceeds certain dimensions and/or the delivery location is in regional or island locations of Australia. We offer the lowest cost transit route available on all items dispatched. You will be personally contacted if you fall in to this category.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Whilst we endeavour to complete your order as quickly as possible and often turnaround in 1-3 working days, as a rule of thumb, from time of order there is a handling time of up to 10 working days and then from time of dispatch, postage time will depend on where the order is being shipped to. Whilst rare, occasionally items do become out of stock. If any items in your order are out of stock you will be contacted and advised of available alternatives or offered a full refund or credit.
We ship using courier companies Australia Post & Direct Freight Express. Please note that we cannot organise items to be delivered on specific days nor we can guarantee the below delivery timeframes. Whilst in most cases the timeframes are accurate, delays can occur with our Courier Partners. Keep an eye on your tracking information for updates on your delivery. The below delivery timeframes are an estimation.

Do you provide tracking information?
We sure do! All items dispatched from us will carry tracking information that will be emailed to the address provided during checkout so that you can follow its journey! Tracking information is automatically sent to your email address once your items have been dispatched.
Our Courier partners require leave instructions on all parcels dispatched. Leave instructions can include options such as 'Leave at front door' or 'Authority to leave in a safe place' which we will print on your label. This field will appear during the checkout steps.
Australia Post also offers a convenient delivery option known as 'Safe Drop' which can be set up if you receive deliveries during times you won't be home. Safe Drop requires you to create a MyPost account and are then able to nominate safe places on your property for your delivery to be left even if it requires a signature.
